The CASwell 汽车- 4070 network appliance uses Intel’s latest generations of hybrid processors with up to 24 energy-efficient and performance cores and can be equipped with a maximum of 32 以太网 ports through CASwell’s proprietary network modules. The combination of Intel’s power-efficient and powerful CPU with CASwell’s sophisticated and flexible network modules is a cost-effective and potent system. Used either as network manager or protector, the 汽车- 4070 can transform your business and lift both production and security to the next level.

The 汽车- 4070 is at its best when used for Unified Threat 管理 (UTM), but also excels in applications like Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) to cater organizations that wish to customize their security policies and prefer their own reporting and management. The NGFW can be enhanced by an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to monitor company networks for possible dangerous activity and application intelligence for even more sophisticated security algorithms.

CASwell’s 汽车- 4070 uses one of Intel’s Alder Lake-S or Raptor Lake-S processors with its latest hybrid architecture of energy-efficient and performance cores that are used according to workload to save resources while providing outstanding performance. Intel’s 13th generation of Core processors (Raptor Lake) are the best choice for the 汽车- 4070 because they come with more integrated cache, can achieve higher frequencies and feature a new prefetch algorithm for an even better usage of the bigger cache and more performance. While Alder Lake CPUs already support high-speed memory like DDR5-4800, the newer generation can take advantage of even faster memory like DDR5-5600.

Four of CASwell’s NIN network modules can provide up to 32 以太网 ports with up to 100-GbE data transfer. For internal storage, the 汽车- 4070 offers one M.2个槽位和2个SATA 3.0 connectors for hard drives and solid-state drives.
